Return Policy

We want you to love what you buy from Boutique La Muse. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.

Return window: Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act.

All returns require a Return Authorization (RA). Please email web.lamuse@gmail.com with your order number before returning your item, whether by mail or in person.

Returning In-Store

Bring your item and receipt to any Boutique La Muse location within the 14-day window. You’ll receive store credit for the value of the item returned. No fees apply.

Returning by Mail

Ship your item back to us within the 14-day window for a refund to your original payment method.

If your return brings your order total below $175, a $25 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the original shipping cost.

Dropping Off for a Credit Card Refund

If you’d prefer a refund to your original payment method but want to drop the item off in person instead of mailing it:

• A $25 stocking fee applies.
• If the return also brings your order total below $175, an additional $25 fee applies (up to $50 total).

A Few Things to Know

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Sale items are final sale unless otherwise noted.
